We flew from Southern California to Salt Lake City to embark on a week-long road trip through Utah during the first week of September. We had already booked our rental vehicle which we picked up and headed toward the Canyonlands National Park. At first, we took a break at the National Park sign and then visited the Island in the Sky Visitor Center where we inquired about things we could do in and around the National Park and so on.
